I have been making little clay pirate figures I used make into pins, but there's not much call for that nowadays. Just wondered if anyone had ideas. One was to make them into magnets, which is easy enough.
So I'm moving today and its raining. True I'm only going around the corner in my apartment complex, but there's not a lot of cover between here and there. Anyways, I've only been at it for about an hour and half to two hours, and my arms are going limp. I have barely moved a thing, and no furniture at all!! Oh well, it will eventually be done. And when it does, I will have a room dedicated to making things!! So hopefully my stock will grow. Until then, time to eat!!
So I check out the myartplot.com site. It's really great! I was on etsy.com but this other is REAL art, unlike etsy, which is closer to cheap crafts and thieves of projects. Anyways, myartplot.com has some really wonderful pieces for sale or just for view. I recommend it for all of you artists and artisans.
I'm home from Muskogee, sadly. I could stay at that faire forever! Anyways, I will have some great new photos added soon. Unfortunately my favorite fabric store was closed for Memorial Day, so I don't get any new stuff to play with, but I WILL drag Sparrow down for a day trip to buy some!! Anyways, nothing else new really. Next faire is hopefully Larkspur, but first I need to move to my new apartment, then I can see what we can do!
